I want to confess that before this recipe, cauliflower was not my favorite vegetable but after trying this recipe I love it!!!!
Ingredients for the cheddar cheese:
2 Tbsp of nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp of olive oil
Boil the 2 carrots together with the potato until it is soft. Once cooked put all the ingredients in a blender, blend until it has a cheese consistency and its done!
Cut one medium size head of cauliflower into small pieces, steam or boil them until it is cooked.
Place the cooked cauliflower in a baking container and add the vegan cheese. Mix all the ingredients and add paprika and bread crumbs.
Place in the oven that has been preheated at 350 degrees for 30 min and then enjoy!
